Why AdminClaims.com exists
AdminClaims.com was created to make administrative form preparation easier for users who may struggle with paperwork, repeated data entry, confusing instructions, or outdated manual processes.
The platform uses modern web technology and AI-assisted guidance to help users understand what information is required, reduce common errors, and generate clean documents that are ready for review.
AdminClaims.com does not replace official agencies and does not submit forms on behalf of users. Users remain responsible for checking all information and submitting their forms through the proper official channels.

Who it’s for
Anyone who needs to prepare a supported administrative form and wants a faster, less error-prone way to do it. The currently available form is the TTDF travelling claim (Form 26B and Form 26C), and more supported forms will be added over time.
An independent tool
AdminClaims.com is not an official government website and is not affiliated with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, TTDF, TTPS, TTFS, TTR, TTCG, TTAG, TTDFR, TTPRS, or any other public agency. Forms generated through AdminClaims.com still need to be reviewed, signed where required, and submitted through the relevant official process. Approval and any related payment remain with the agency that accepts the form.
Who builds it
AdminClaims.com is designed, built, and maintained by Noviqor Systems Limited, a Trinidad and Tobago software company. Noviqor handles the application, document generation pipeline, hosting, security, and day-to-day support. Questions about the platform itself — bug reports, feature requests, account or billing issues — are answered by Noviqor; questions about whether a generated form is accepted by an agency continue to go through that agency’s normal channels.
